Wavin Twinwall
Wavin Twinwall is manufactured by a twin extrusion process
in which the two layers are extruded simultaneously, one inside
the other, and heat welded together in one continuous process.
Wavin Twinwall is an easy and cost effective
plastic pipe system ideal for the collection of surface and
sub-surface water drainage such as filter and carrier drains.
150mm to 300mm diameter Twinwall pipe is manufactured
from 100% re-cycled HDPE (high density polythene) such
as plastic bottles and containers which are taken from the
waste chain.
Pipes are supplied in 6 metre lengths,
unperforated or perforated. Perforated pipe has
4 slots equally spaced around its circumference. The pipes
are black in colour, the outer wall being corrugated
and the inner wall having a smooth finish to assist the hydraulic
flow. A comprehensive range of push fit components is also
available for each diameter.
